Hair Police - Totaled and Stranded               

Hair police gets the blues goin'. A one-sided record called Totaled and Stranded brought to you by the small Italian record label Hundebiss. The text on the cover says: “Recorded in a hotel room after we totaled our tour vehicle and became stranded in the worst snowstorm in Ohio's history” which set up the right mood to listen to this one. Industrial sounds and slow drivin' guitar construct an atmosphere of resignation. This is blues music for mid-aged art students and other outsiders.

Hair Police, a band consisting of Mike Connelly (Wolf Eyes & some dozens other projects), Robert Beatty and Trevor Tremaine from Lexington, Kentucky is Totaled and Stranded. This document of enforced boredom is packed into high quality artwork by Hundebiss. Hand-cut black cardboard, Xeroxed recycled paper, raw paper inner sleeve and a screen printed b-side by Serimal.
