Psychic Smog 1-7
Astral Social Club
The stream of
recordings from Astral Social Club are continuous.
After an endless series of CDRs and some vinyl
outputs, we are now hit by the next full length from
Astral Social Club.
Psychic Smog 1-7 sounds like light pumping
trough space, like the sound of light speed. Most of
the tracks are led by a broken beat which quickens
your pulse. Side A is very dynamic and contains four
tracks, from technoid beats to noisy things. Side B
begins with one long drone and it ends up in beat
staccato. This record is always flickering, no
stillness.

Neil Campbell
Astral Social Club
Neil Campbell (Vibracathedral
Orchestra) from the UK is Astral Social Club, this
time together with Mel Delaney. The fantastic and
mysterious QBICO label puts out this one in a
super-limited quantity on dirty pink vinyl only. It
was recorded in winter 08/09 in West Yorkshire.
